This is a very EXCLUSIVE, very LIMITED Edition piece with only 100 pieces made that was purchased via the Disney Auction.
The backs of both the top piece and bottom piece state "Disney / Pixar Finding Nemo Limited Edition 100 Disney Auction Exclusive" and contains the official background marking typical for this type of pin.
This Gill pin is in WONDERFUL condition with no damage or signs of excess wear.  Please note that (very) unfortunately, the card has been lost but the Mickey ear backs are still present.  As you can see, there are two pieces that are connected by chains.  Approximately measures
2.75 inches tall x 2.25 inches wide.
