In 1999 through 2000, the Disney Store USA released the "Countdown to the Millennium" pin series.  Each week, five new pins were released featuring beloved Disney characters or movies.  There were 101 pins in the series, and this "Countdown to the Millennium" series kicked of the Disney pin-trading craze.
This is pin number 31 from the Disney Store Countdown to the Millennium series: the Blue Fairy 1940 from Pinocchio. She is facing right on the left side of a pink circle holding a wand with a star at the end and fairy dust around it.
