French 17" Porcelain Doll Repro BRU JNE 9 PW blue eyes Compo Body

Description

This striking doll is a reproduction of the French Bru Jne 9 .  She is about 17 inches tall. She is so beautiful with wonderful painting, blue glass paper weight eyes,pierced ears ,open closed mouth and a composition body with Jumeau porcelain hands
The  onesie underneath is white batiste with  buttons and snaps and lace. The separate white eyelet pinafore is over a lovely shear stripe blue dress. The clothes are crisp and clean. The shoes and socks are white . Her earrings are a white drop.
The wig is a soft amber brown modacrylic and has a blue ribbon.
The wig is removable so you can change the hair or add a mohair wig if you choose.
The sewing is done with a lot of hours and is just gorgeous.
It is signed by Ruby Ellen Smith 1998. She was a published doll artist before her passing.  The body was made by Jim Smith and is signed.   A  few small rubs on the body from the stand. No chips cracks or damage.
From a non smoking home -carefully stored in a glass case.
