More than just a hand proofer, Perfect Proofer's ES-100H hand drawdown system allows you to make hand drawdowns with all the same components you will use on the print job. Our handle works with 1" diameter engraved ceramic anilox rollers, leading edge doctor blade for accurate ink management, and uses a real photopolymer plate mounted with your choice of mounting tape. Our snap-in doctor blade cartridge and lever locking anilox retainer allow fast cleanup and the anilox can be swapped in mere seconds. This device is precision device machined out of billet aluminum. If you want a real preview of your print setup, you need to use a real tool. Quit trying to proof your flexo process with a rubber roller - it doesn't work! We make it possible to proof scales, vignettes, reverses, screens, customer logos, etc. Just add them to your plate and give it a go, you will be surprised at the results. Yes, it is more expensive than the competition but you will see that money return in the reduction of wasted time and material at press setup by accurately testing your setup before it gets there.
