Start by centering the wheel and placing the cover over it.
Step 2:
Take the lacing string and push it through the eye of the needle, once you have it done, tie a knot around the needle to prevent the string from moving around. Keep in mind that you need to leave a piece of thread (about 2 inches).
Step 3:
You need to push the needle through the inside of the cover first and start from the left of the bottom, there are already holes where the needle should go.
Step 4:
Push the needle through the other side and bring both sides together by pulling the string, you need to pull the thread tightly in order to make the cover fit snugly.
Step 5:
Repeat step 4 several times and pay attention to the way of winding when sewing the thread at the handle.
Step 6:
Once you're completely done with the stitching process, you should tie knots at the end and remove the leftover string. Provided that you did everything well, the entire process should be finally done.
